It is in Celles-sur-ource, on the bar coast, in the family house of tradition in champagne since 1947, that we decided to elaborate our cuvée at PAUL DANGIN & FILS.
Because we want quality to be accessible to all, our bottle is traditional, with a simple and refined label.
80% CHARDONNAY, 20% PINOT NOIR.
With a candy pink colour, a subtle nose and a natural balance in the mouth.
This one contains an exceptional Brut champagne.
Tasting notes:
Eye: Candy pink colour. Partridge eye reflection.
Nose: Subtle fruit flavours (cherry, raspberry, redcurrant) opening to strawberry.
Palate: Frank attack and freshness that lasts until the finish. Nice fullness with a creamy and very fruity side.
Serving :
Serving temperature: between 4° and 6°.
Garde: To be consumed between 2018 and 2022
Perfectly matches with veal with chanterelles, warm oysters with salmon eggs. Red fruit tart.
