Composed of 95% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot, Ronan by Clinet Rosé is also made from the terroir of the Entre-Deux-Mers.
Its limited production is the guarantee of a singular, precise and balanced wine.
After a meticulous selection and a pre-fermentation cold maceration, the grapes are delicately pressed to extract all the subtleties of the fruit.
The wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel vats for 3 months.
The 2021 vintage reveals a powdery pink colour. The nose offers notes of orchard peaches, orange peel and wild strawberries. On the palate, the attack is soft and acidic, with flavours of nectarine, cherry and flower petal.
It retains a nice persistence and freshness on the finish.

A historic and innovative estate, Château Clinet created in 2009 Ronan by Clinet red Bordeaux, a delicately fruity, warm and subtly spicy wine, 100% Merlot and 100% Bordeaux-Right Bank. Then in 2012, the property launched ronan by Clinet Bordeaux blanc, an intense and subtle blend of 80% Sauvignon blanc and 20% Sémillon, which reflects all the expertise and signature of the team of experts of this great house, under the governance of the conductor, Ronan Laborde, brother of Élodie, who is the author of the launch of this project and who designed these modern and accessible wines. The grapes come from a careful selection of the best terroirs of Côtes de Castillon, Côtes de Francs, Lussac St Emilion and Bordeaux. A Pur'Cab limited edition, a blend of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon has also been created. From a vineyard secretly confined to the hills of the Bordeaux appellation. Since 2015, the creation of new state-of-the-art cellars in the heart of Pomerol has made it possible to concentrate and control all stages of production, from the reception of the harvest, to the dispatch of the bottles.
