With a very high proportion of Pinot Noir, we almost savor a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a great aromatic richness, it opens up with aromas of stone fruits such as white peach from the vines. A spicy note announces a mouth powerful and complex. A vinous Champagne of great complexity with a touch of characteristic quince jelly.

Ideal as an aperitif. At the table with white meat, firm flesh fish, Chaource cheese. Serve at 7 ° c

If the vine was first planted in Urville by the Gallos-Romans 2000 years ago, it was Saint Bernard, founder of Clairvaux Abbey, who built our cellars in 1152. Seven centuries later, in 1808, it was around this beautifully preserved medieval testimony, where exceptional vintages sleep, that the family estate was created, managed today by Michel Drappier. Home of Pinot Noir, a grape that flows through our veins, it was in Urville that our vineyard was planted, cultivated according to the principles of organic and natural. Like archives from the long history of our house, we also continue to cultivate forgotten and yet unforgettable grape varieties: arbane, petit meslier and true white. Today, with sophisticated excellence sometimes overrated, we prefer authenticity and naturalness. Thanks in particular to a very low dosage and an extremely moderate use of sulphites, of which the raw natural cuvée without sulfur is the result, we highlight the multiple facets of our terroirs and our vinifications.
