The pipérade is a typical Basque preparation, which differs from ratatouille by the absence of zucchini and eggplant. Grown in the open ground on the hillsides of Chalosse, Gers or Lot-et-Garonne, our tomatoes, peppers, onions, and especially the famous sweet chilli from the Landes blend harmoniously to bring all the flavors of summer to your plate.

Heat over low heat, stirring regularly. Ideally accompanies all your Southwestern dishes such as ham, egg, pipérade, where the pipérade with a sweet taste mixes with fried egg and pan-fried Bayonne ham.

L'armoire à Conserves was born out of a passion for cooking, a traditional cannery that transforms regional products while preserving their tastes and the authenticity of recipes from the southwest of France.
