The pea-carrot is a combination of vegetables commonly consumed in France. It accompanies a good number of meats, poultry and sometimes fish. Our peas and carrots are produced in the South West of France. Our cooks reincorporate the cooking juices with poultry broth to make "just like at home". Presented in an elegant verrine, it is just waiting to be reheated.
Heat it in a saucepan with its juice for a few minutes then drain. Serve as an accompaniment to all your meats.
