Les Belles de Marseille propose a tasting box of rock fish soup.
The Ferrigno cannery offers you the traditional recipe of rock fish soup, accompanied by croutons and rouille, in an elegant box.
A very good gift idea or simply to treat yourself.
From "Cetara" in southern Italy on the Amalfi coast, to Port-St-Louis-du-Rhône, at the Ferrigno family, we have been fishermen from father to son for three generations. That's how much the Mediterranean runs through their veins!
Today, Dominique Ferrigno is the torchbearer, with a lovely singing accent, of this family saga. And not only that, Dominique is now the builder, making Ferrigno a state-of-the-art cannery, the last on the Euro-Mediterranean coast.
Located in Provence, in Port-St-Louis-du-Rhône, halfway between Marseille and Sète, the Ferrigno sardine cannery is IFS approved.
It allows all the fish to be processed on site in the best possible conditions with a permanent concern for quality: from reception to packaging and processing in its approved workshops.
Since 1998, Ferrigno has also been preparing ready-made dishes such as fish soup, the famous bouillabaisse, tuna stew and the tasty rouille. The late Joël Robuchon, Master Chef of France, selected the fish soup and the bouillabaisse for the Reflets de France brand.
In 2010, the "Les Belles de Marseille" range was created, followed in 2016 by "La Bonne Mer", always in the same vein, good, fresh products from the sea... made in Provence.
The taste of authenticity is more than a slogan, for the Ferrigno family it is a real passion for fish!
